We are working to expand our beef herd, which includes Black and Red Angus, Hereford and Black Baldies (Angus-Hereford Cross).

Our beef cattle, which we raise for 24-30 months, eat grass, pasture plants and hay exclusively.

Beef Products are currently available via CSA only. We will be expanding these offerings later this year to include Farmers’ Markets and Buying Clubs.
