This is basic information about our fees. Each event is unique and we will work with you to create a menu, and a budget that works for your event.
This includes insurance, licenses, travel expenses within 35 miles of East Greenwich, R.I.. It also includes supplies such as paper plates, forks, knives, napkins, and basic condiments. Requests for special items may incur additional charges.
For venues further than 35 miles away from our farm a $1.00 per mile fee will be added.
This fee covers our staffing. If your event is large enough to require extra staffing additional charges may apply.
Minimum Food Amount
All menu items are served a la carte, with the option to purchase seasonal family style vegetable side dishes for $2.00 per person. You may also purchase local Yacht Club soda or bottled water for $2.00 each.
This is the standard Rhode Island 8% food and beverage tax.
